New Grow room Setup help

Hello,

I am about to start my first medical marijuana grow. I am seeking some advice to help me make this the best grow I can with the space that I have. I am going to be using grow tents as I have no other options in the room I rent. (landlords are cool with it, just can't permanently alter the room) I have a usable space of about 5 feet x 3 feet for the tents. Due to wanting to stay legal I will need a veg room which cannot have more than 4 plants. Two of which I am hoping will be mothers. Law allows 3 flowering plants, but I will most likely only have 2 flowering at any given time as I am just trying to produce enough medicine for just myself. I would like to keep the costs to not exceed $2000.

I am looking for any advice on what size tents and which lights I should use for both the flowering and veg room. I have an interest in using led lights as I hear they save power costs, and produce less heat. Is that true? I will be growing in organic soil.

well buddy, welcome to riu. that's not really much room you got there. is there any way you could clone or veg in a different area?

Go with a secret jardin. From personal exp I love mine. They come in a diff shapes and sizes. Once you know your tent size then you can plan exhaust, lighting etc.... I have never used led lights so can't comment on that. I have a very similar set up as your wanting. It works good with how the law is written to have a Sep veg/flower rooms. I use a closet for my veg with a sunblaze t5 ho light and flower in a Dr120 under 400hps, you could obvious get a bigger light if it fits your needs and you can control the temps.
