New grow room

I am setting up a new grow room I am going to use a 2×4×5 tent with a 450 hps/mh light. I have two tubs to go in the tent both are 24×18×13 I am planning on putting four plants in each and using sog method this will be my third indoor grow the first two times I grew really good weed but did not harvest crap averaged about 10 grams per plant I grew all plants about two to three feet first grow I had four plants second grow I had six they were in a space that was 3'×2'×5' not sure if it was from over crowding or something I may have done to them during vegging can anyone help I would like to get 28 grams per plant do you think the new set up will produce this

Over watering and any kind of drastic variation in light schedule can really hurt the potential yield of your plants, I'm a noob myself but i figured I've done a lot of reading lately and I want to get the full yield on my plants, my set up is in a 4x6 closet, set up in two bins. I have 4 lights on the big box and 2 lights on my small. I'll upload a pic and see what you think.

I water every day but only about a 2L for six plants my lighting schedule has gotten messed up this time because of my timer but did not cause any hermies the first time I had no lighting issues but I used clones from a buddy they were about 2 ft tall and still in dixie cups when I got them I flowered them right away plus this time the roots got crowded in smaller pots that did not drain I think that was the issue I hope starting over next time with hopefully clones from a revegged plant
