New Grower, Possible Aquaponic

I've been interested in cannabis for many years but right now I have legal license to grow. I have a pair of alligator snapping turtles and that is relevant. I had tested some seeds about 10 years ago but chopped the plants because it wasn't legal. I've just germinated about 72 seeds I've had saved over the years and at 48 hours, theres 18 clearly germinated with them starting to shoot up. In particlar one looked like it had germinated and was nearly breaking the surface already at only 48 hours. Peat pucks with a grow dome. They will be moved to 5 gallon buckets to grow out. The turtles live in about 30 gallons of a 110 gallon stock tank and they produce an immense amount of waste, but long ago I made a biofilter. 200 Gallon/h pump externally connected to gallon ice cream pail filled with media, provides very good filtering and keeps the water crystal clear. Lots of healthy bacteria breaking the waste down amonnia and nitrites such into useful nitrates. Such is the water I'm going to be using for a soil or aquaponic setup, just getting started with first germinations and then will set them in the window to grow until I can afford grow tents, lights and make a complete aquaponic setup.

Had some set backs but the plants are chugging along. I have them crowded, 2 large buckets with 6 and 7 plants. Mound growing, buried them deep and then added compost soil mix over the top as the stems grew out, stems reach 12 inches deep. Put the plants outside in what sun they can get in my location. Intense wind is stress training the plants and their stems are like rubber. They are taking about a gallon a day of the turtle water, I just trimmed them and they just exploded with leaf sites all over. Very vibrant green growth and starting to smell skunky already.

Now I am expanding the grow. Gave a few plants to a friend to lst and spread out in his 2x4 tent. Still have a pot of 5 plants outside and they are getting big, 3 feet tall from the pot and veging hard on the tops. Arriving this week is a 4x8 tent 6 1/2 feet tall, 2x420w led grow lights, 12 fabric 10 gallon pots, and 18 gorilla glue auto flower seeds. Will get peat and start potting and get them ready for the seeds.

One gorilla glue auto survived and it's growing out right now in 10 gallon fabric pot. Expanded the grow setup immensely in the last few weeks, got the tent, 2x420w lights, smart dehumidifier, smart humidifier, 10 gallon fabric pots, 2x 4x4 elastic trellis. Added a Rubbermaid tub to drain the dehumidifier. Automating everything but the watering, will eventually have a single fill tank to gravity fill the bottom trays of the fabric pots.IMG_20230728_121039_528.jpgIMG_20230728_123806_771.jpgIMG_20230728_135710_840.jpgIMG_20230803_202111_593.jpgIMG_20230809_055035_642.jpg

I’m seeing pictures of food on the multiple bags of potting soil. I’m assuming these are fortified potting soil? Promises on the bag of bigger veggies etc?

The blue dream was a stellar hit, the gorilla glue not so much. The gorilla glue hermed and pollinated some of the blue dream so I have some gorilla glue blue dream and I'm growing two out. Seems like gorilla glue by itself just herms really easy. It's showing that big bulky Blue dream characteristic so I think I'm going to keep this genetic going. Kind of sad I lost the original blue dream I had. Had about 20 clones and only four of them were blue dream and they all got mixed up.
