New growth on dead plant!!!

Ok so i know i have posted a ton about my plant but heres what's going on...I planted my germed seed 33 days ago...Had a ton of problems with the set up temp, drying leaves..But after all the leaves died new growth started to come in...I was using a 42watt and 23watt cfl 2700k...I realized that they were the wrong temp so i went out today and got a 4 pack of 23 watt 6500k...After the dead leaved fell off the plant started to grow new leaves every where...I am pretty sure that the plant almost died cause i had it in too small of a pot..I thought it was the soil at first which was some organic soil i got from my mom but when i transplanted it i noticed that the roots were growing out of the drainage holes at the bottom of the plant so i transplanted into some scotts potting soil which i didn't realize had ferts in it untill it was already in there...It was on 18/6 then but i figured that since i was basiclly starting over that i could put it back on 24/0...So now i have it on 24/0 with 2 26 watt 6500k...The leaves started to curl under but i figure it was from a bit too much water because i am postive that i flushed out all of those goddamn little bulbs...Does anyone have any advise or comments on my plant?? I know it's really short but i'm praying that it comes out bushy cause i have limited space...The first pic is from when it was dieing and the last was 10 minutes ago...Hope u guys have some input...Also are 2 26watt 6500k bulbs enough???

I'd just start over.
Plants so stressed right now it wouldn't even be worth trying to actually grow it.

Why not just keep it, care for it and see what happens? Since you're using a soil that's already got fertilizer in it, go REALLY easy, I wouldn't do anything except use water until the plant shows it needs more food.

Are 2 23watt 6500k cfl's enought for one plant??? I also have 4 23 watt 2700k and a 42watt 2700k...I'm planing on using all of the 2700k for flowing...Should i add some of the soft whites or just keep the 2 6500k...I read that your only supposed to use 6500k for vegging...I'll add pics in a bit...

Go with it, it will give you growing experience. Plus, you might get some smoke out of her still.

It WANTS to live. Help it. Right now I really prefer standard 4' shop lights. The T12 tubes are not too expensive, I get far better coverage (at this point at least), and it's a lot easier to find the right color temperature as I've been having one hell of a time finding CFLs with even a "whiteness" designation (you know, soft white, daylight, etc.).

At this point, comparatively, outdoor is easier, but I love smoking too much to say that indoor is too much trouble. ;)

hell yah i saw let it live.. Maybe throw another germed seeds in with it and get another one going incase it dies.... i have a nice one going and home depot has the 27 watt daylights... the packages are confusing untill you catch the Daylight part bam right up in your grill... then its easier to find... I would say lowes has the 105 watt daylight which i will be grabbing on friday....!! check out my crappy grow by clicking my avatar and clicking my started threads...give me some love or hate what ever its all good!

This shit just keeps shooting up!!! I had to move the lights about a foot up now...It's pretty weird looking i will post pics later...It looks like a V and there is growth at the to tops the leaves are not getting big like others i have seen but there is TONS of new growth...Its crazy how it turned around...It really wants to grow...I thought that the 105 CFL needed a bigger socket?? I was looking at them and noticed that but i figured that they made some sort of adapter but i looked and didn't see anything..
