New HPS Grow, Very Small Bugs in the Soil, Need Some EXPERIENCED Advice

Just started a HPS grow, seedlings were under flouros in the open garage while I finished grow room. There are hundreds of very small (size of end of needle) crawling though the soil and they don't appear to be bothering the plants.

Any advice on what to use to eradicate the bugs. Never had to deal with this before.
