New hydro setup help

Hello guys. I am trying to understand the best way to setup a coco ebb and flow system. I have not been able to find any great information on this. The plants need to be in individual pots so that they can be easily moved.

What is the best way to make a coco setup? From what I understand, the coarser coco is better so that it does not get clogged in the pumps.

So what are the other options? Coco coir in a smart pot or a coco pot?

If anybody has any advice on this to help out a newbie it would be greatly appreciated.
