So, I was called in for another room. Basically this room had been "under construction" for 3 months, but NOTHING was done and no equipment had even been ordered.

This is not my room, but a room for a relative of a friend. we agreed on a price for my work and the equipment to be used. We will use a growtronix in this room. I'm pretty excited about trying it. The agrowtek I've used in the pass is great, but the growtronix claims more flexibility, we'll see. 12 1,000 watt Lumatek's with Plantmax bulbs will be used. This room will grow in my recommended Pro-Mix 25-35 gallon pots and we will keep plant count under his 12 allowed for 4 patients. AN nutes will be used.
I expect a minimum of 15 #'s for his first grow in this room and the room as a potential of up to 30 #'s with 5 weeks veg. I suspect this room will yield 22 #'s on average with 4 weeks yield.

After looking around I knew we needed to insulate this room. There was ZERO insulation in the attic over this room, so lets get that shit out of the way and hope to never have to do that again! We would break up the insulation in the garbage can then feed the machine. This is some dusty ass shit!

Insulated every wall in the room before putting up the Panda film which will be over lapped and sealed with silicone. The pieces of cardboard are the only thing holding the insulation in place and we got pretty lucky since this room is only slightly taller then 8' very little cutting had to be done to fit the insulation.

That will seal this room. The film was started on one side of the room and ran up and over, down the other. This also worked out well since very little cutting has to take place to seal the room.

The Ballasts are in and mounted:

This home has a pool, so piping has been run from the pool pump, through the attic and into the room. This water will cool the A/C's compressor and at the same time act as a heater for the pool.

The A/C arrived on Friday and we plan to install that on Tuesday. The nice thing about these unites is they are self contained so nothing goes outside. They are also fairly quiet :-)

I really like this concept. I was going to run something similar, but I decided to go in another direction. Did you get the inside air handler that you can mount on the ceiling/wall??

Now here is a thread which is highly interseting. Most other questions/contributions are for & by closet growers who just want to get something to consume/smoke themselves. Here is a grand thinking pair of designers who will make money out of their efforts.
Well done guys i admire you, keep up the excellent work & lets have some more pictures.
Thanks for the contribution you are making
