New Soil. Organic?

Im re-potting this week, i live in the UK and am on a budget i have only two plants, ill be using 20- 30 gal pots.

Can anyone advise me what soil to buy , from either a garden shop or home-base type stores ?

I was thinking of something organic, with some added perlite....
