I must say "Pride" is not a good trait. Confidence is good but pride is not. They are not the same but a lot of people think they are the same. Confidences means you know that you will accomplish your goal no matter what happens. A confident person who fucks up will say dam i was wrong but now i know what to do. A prideful person will never admit to his/hers failures and will blame others for it. In that sense they will never get past where they started from.
