i have a total of three an im hopin there all female an im really shootin to get the best product i can the seeds were from good stuff how much does that help?

anything to do to help the be female?

I don't think theres really any proven things you can do to get females, idk though I could be wrong Look into getting a hps light man

well not much. stress can cause males so make sure you use a timer to get them on an exact time regimen. if you want 3 plants go with 2-3gallon pots. that will allow them enough soil to grow up to 4ft or more if it comes to it. with low plant count you might as well use bigger pots and spread them out as opposed to putting a lot of plants in small containers close togther to form a sea of green (SOG).
since you arent really growing a lot stay with cfl. you can move to an hps later if you want to use the whole closet. but for now get 2 of these

go get an extention cord pack from the dolar tree or something and cut the input off and you get the same thing or better yet get it off electrical items you or someone else is throwing away.

during flower you want double the warm spectrum (2700k) in comparison to the cold spectrum (5000-6500k). sorry this was so long but i wanted to be thourough. shop around i havent grown cfl in a while target had 42w 2700k bulbs for like $6 that i used instead of the last link i sent you which are kind of pricey

i like hps and use one myself but its kind of overkill for 3 plants....

so i would need as many extension cords as lights ive never set up one of those sockets cab u explain

keep the shop light its weak but its still light. but cut the input where you plug other cords in you just want the male output of the cord and wire to wire into the sockets. then attach a y splitter into the socket to get 2 lights per cord

ok so i need 4 extension cords an ok ill try to fig it out where should i place the lights the shop lights is bout 3 inches above the plants so the other light may not get light in but ok my best lookin plant the stem is sturdy but its almost a purple color why is that? i mean the stem an the leaves look good but looks r deceiving

unlikely its a problem a lot of stems are a little purple

i still need to know where to place the cfls an how far away

thats fine im just saying its more likely youll get 1-2 females statistically speaking according to Mendel you only have a 1/8 chance of all 3 being ladies.

well id say about 10 days or so. once they get their second set of "true leaves" (3pronged pot leaf not the round cotyledons), they need more light but you can push it to 3 sets but theyll stretch a little.
