The new small leaves on the top of the plant that are coming in are kind of yellow at the base of em. Is the light too close?

if you can put your hand under the light right above the plant and it feels too warm then the temps are too high

Kinda warm but not too much but the small leaves are barely yellow mostly a bright green

im very new to growing and my plants are taking a very long time to even grow an inch but they are healthy. any tips on wut to give them to make them grow fast?

the fastest way u can grow is with a hydro system

the new leaves usually start off bright green

Really? Waited 3 days to water it. Maybe my pot is too big so I have to wait a day more to water it? Is it normal for them to kinda hang? I have a y split a couple inches over it but in the middle of both lights should i put a light directly over it?
