New to growing! organic soil & hydro (aerogarden)

Currently I am using 3 25watt CFL's for 1 plant in organic soil. I recently got the aerogarden and used the provided nutrients for herbs that came with it. There are 7 plants in the aerogarden right now, 2 which I am amazed with, the others could use some improvement. Included I am showing you what is going on..feedback please! :blsmoke:

As you can see, the aerogarden is a little rigged, I used seed starters and cut holes to fit the roots through to hold them in the aerogarden.
