I will probably go with the 4 plant option this is a bubbler system. I dont think I could make my own for less. Do you guys think this is a good deal. I hope it works like the stealth hydro systems. What do you guys think about it?

My set up is as followed.
1 Grow tent 63hx24dx36w
12 CFL 2700k 46w 2700 output
4 CFL 6500k 46w 2700 output
1 Carbon filter
2 intake
1 outtake
2 clip king fans.
1 bud for less book

I have everything minus the carbon filter and bubbleponic thing

I don't think it is a good buy but it is a good tote to start with, go buy it locally. Cut your four holes, put a drain valve in, and buy your other supplies from other sources cheaper. I don't know why you have 12 of one bulb and 4 of the other but I agree on 42watt. I suggest you rethink if the grow tent is really necessary, lots of heat problems. You will also need clamp reflectors or something to hold the bulbs. And a bunch of other things. Figure out the res first, then the lights.

So you think a stealth hydro is a better buy? Im not a diy guy and i own very few tools. I went with 12 2700k bulbs for flowering. I may add two more 6500k bulbs for veg. My understanding with cfl is to put the most light on the influence of flowering. I have the nutes reflectors etc I just put a basic guideline to my set up. The grow tent is to contain the smell and give me a place to grow. In my intial trial run 3 days running lights 24 hours and fans i maintain a temp range of 74 to 78. 70 degrees lights off,74 degrees lights first turned on 78 degrees before end of 3 day trial. I do not anticipate a heat index increase by adding plants. If the hydroponics add heat or when i add two intial lights i get an increase in temp I will add an additonal inline fan. This should add enough air movement to decrease temp. I keep my house at 70 now, with winter months approaching i could alawys crack a window in the guest room and shut off heat vents to drop temp even more.

No, I think what you have on ebay is a better buy than the stealth hydro kit. But you would be buying it mostly for the tote. Ask around and maybe you know someone handy who can cut your holes. A drain valve makes things easier. See what it would cost to buy your own tote and have it done and compare that to the ebay thing with shipping. What you get with it is not worth much. You want three or four airstones and a larger pump than that. But for $52 you get your tub with 4 holes, some netpots and rockwool and hydroton. The rest you can put together with no tools. So bottom line not a good price compared to diy but better than the stealth hydro kit.
