Just curious, what is the purpose of a "dabber" and what is a titanium nail? what does it do? I've heard a dabber is for oil? Are these for bongs? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Not just hash, but all kinds of concentrates. Oil, budder, silly putty and wax too.
aren't those all forms of hash?

No, they all are classified as "EXTRACTS" or "CONCENTRATES", but not all are hash..
