sure you can.. if its a constant voltage driver with carefully matched voltage on the cobs

a 320h-48A will put out [email protected] = 409W

hard to get much over rated wattage with the constant currents

Doesn't sound advisable, but somebody pointed that that the 400w kit has two drivers instead of one so it makes sense now. Kind of like Spectrum Kings. So I guess it's 400w draw with drivers.

if case temp is kept under 70C its 100% advisable, why waste driver space? these have a 7 year warranty for a reason

Just doesn't sound wise, and would void the warranty if they figured it out.

im going to have to assume you made that up unless you can show us where it states in the meanwell warranty that running an adjustable driver at 100% capacity voids the warranty

A quick post to update on our new Vero29 v7 products. I just launched our third Framework product using the Vero 29 chips - 900 Watts (actual draw).

Please note: The pics for the Vero29 products are stock images - not actual pics of the product. We are working on updated pics and will post those as soon as they are finished. The description lists the actual components and their descriptions.

All of our Vero29 products run at 100 watts per COB passively cooled thanks to the new SST-X Splayed Pin heat sinks developed by @robincnn from Photon Labs/NGL.

All kits ship for free in the US - no discount code required at checkout. Framework shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on dimensional weight. If you would rather we ship your Framework purchase disassembled, we can save you more money on the shipping costs - feel free to let us know if you need assistance with this option.

Here is a 225 watt kit and a 300 watt kit I built the other day from Timber in my 5 x 9 veg tent. These are Vero 29's but gen 6. Back one is 6' long and front one is 4' long. Provides good coverage in the tent. I was a little worried before ordering that 7 cobs would not be sufficient to cover the whole area, but looks like it will do well. I could always add another 225 watt kit later if need be.

Quick question will the 400w vero29 v7 have the same penatration as my 400w HPS? Or will I need to change my grow style?

Only changes are multiple light sources. Dude your results would be badass

Here is another Timber light I built a couple months ago over a 4 x 4, 12 cxb3590's at 1400mah kicking ass, day 45, obiwan og and scott's og. Have two of these lights I built, just put a couple into flower under other one tonight.

Thank you @RainDan just received my 400w kit, now I'm building the frame! I'm using 1/8th angled aluminum.

What size pin heatsink is incuded with the 4 3590 cob 200 watt kit? Is that a 120mm?
