new year, new box, new light

Hey guys, So yesterday I finished building a 3x2 plywood box and I'm now looking to put some lights into it.
My previous box was a 2x2 running 4 X clu-048-1212 c4 gen 6 with an ELG-150-36b for a total of 150watts.
and it was lit (2.1 gr/w). I bought this from cobkits.com in 2016 if I remember correctly and I'm inclined to do so again (I live in argentina and it arrived perfectly).
what I had in mind was running 8 x clu-048-1212 c4 gen 6 (3500k) with a HLG-320H-36b. but i also saw the qb288 and was thinking of maybe running 2 of them with a HLG-240H-2100.
what do you guys think I should do?

You'll save some height with boards and get a better spread. Boards for sure in a cab setup.

won't the 8-10 clu1212 give me more penetration tho? height isn't really an issue here my other box has proven that. the design i have chosen isn't accidental. i'm a bit hesitant about the qb, the clu has proven to work, 2.1gr/w is really easy to get with them.

I can promise you a better spread and overall evenness throughout the canopy with boards. COBs are great too, but boards give you more.
