Newb here with questions

Alrighty, so I'm just starting out and already picked up some lights... My dumbass didn't really think about researching much before dropping some $$. So the question is, will four T8 4' 32w lights cut it? For veg state I bought the 6.5k and 3.2k for flowering. I was trying to do 8 plants... Will this be enough? Probably not eh...? I was thinking about getting one of those reflective tents to try and help out with light escaping(and help to reflect inside), some odor control, and climate control. Does this look like a keeper? 100% Reflective Interior Grow Cabinet Tent 2x 4 x 7 - eBay (item 180295599785 end time Oct-08-08 22:00:00 PDT) Anywho if this isn't enough, I was thinking about ordering a 400w HPS to use in conjunction with the fluoros or just by itself. If I get that will I need the fluoros or did just waste money buying the four footers? Will I see a drastic yield difference if I get the HPS? What do you guys think?

You can do 1 plant veg thru harvest with those lights, hope its a female. A 400 watt HPS will increase your yield over the fluoros by at least double, AND allow you to grow all 8 plants.

What about the tent? Do you think it might be a good investment?

Yeah bro the tent is an amazing investment, i grow all year round. i have a 3 car garage 1 side for 2 cars then the other for the 10 tents i have haha. i have 5 afgani kush plants that are almost ready, 5 afgan mafia from attitude .com that will be ready in 3 weeks cant wait, let me tell you greatest investment ever! KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So... Can I use the fluoros for veggin for a while until I have enough money for fork out some $$ for the HPS?

use the floros for veg then fork out cash for the HPS AND ballast... don't want any last minute confusion and stuff like that

K. I'm Definitely going to be getting the HPS. Still have to wait a little while though... By the time the babies are ready to flower I'll have it for sure.
