its to early to tell. Give it a week or so and you should start to see some action around the stipules. If you veg longer next time your sex may show without having to flower(not all strains). You will also want to water more during flowering since she will be drinking more.

Will do :) thanks bro i flowered her at about 4 weeks old this is my first grow and its a bag seed i thought it would be a good idea to test it out with a bag seed before i drop couple hundred bucks on seeds and a good set up . Also could you maybe tell me how many bud sites i should have ?

Its hard to tell from your pictures. Add some more light when you take the pic next time and it will make it easier to see. Proper nutrients will help in developing bud sites and i suggest barely letting the top soil get dry. As for bag seed, its a catch-22 because when you buy seeds you have an idea of flowering periods and what not; your situation is more of a guess. Just in case you are not familiar with ordering seeds, you can purchase single seeds for under 20 bucks shipped and let it grow out as a mother for clones. This will allow you to perfect your technique over the course of a few grows with the same strain. From the size/structure of the leaves i would plan on a 7-8 week flowering period. I start that count down after the transition phase is over (about two weeks between veg and flower when rapid growth occurs) and keep in mind you will need to flush for 7-14 days depending on your nutrient regiment. Expect a 1/4 to 1/2 oz depending on lights and nutes. Good Luck.
