newbie help please.

no sir...just my experience with gold bud, ak47, NL#5, and 2 diff. strains of some bag seed indica...i may be wrong...=-)

more and more growers are noticing a full spectrum grow turns out healthier and better yielding plants then just red for flowering.

Returns depend on the light energy you give the plants (PAR)
cfl's yield a little less
More UV at the end makes the plant put out max THC
