was wondering if its was safe to cut these huge leaves off at the top i have a really small flowering room and light onjly 250 hps so not to much light is gettin to other leaves jus on the tall plant the oters are getting decent light

Can you maybe add some supplemental CFLs for the others not getting light?

This early in the flowering stage your plants need those fan leaves to take in light and process photosynthesis.

IMO, you should wait to start cutting fan leaves and add some CFLs to other plants needing more light.
