So I have decided to do my first grow in the spring 2012, may 1st to be exact, and am very excited bout it :-). I have spent the past couple weeks doing all the possible research i can and have come out with a lot of information. I figured i would post all the important stuff i learned and see if anyone had any advice on any of it.

I plan on germinating my seeds in a folded paper towel in a Ziploc bag in a warm dark area, probably under my boiler, its about 70 degrees under there. When they sprout i will put them into solo cups with slits at the bottom with fox farm ocean forest soil, which is what i will be putting them in outside. I will leave these cups either near a window or outside(possibly in a humidity dome, not sure if it's necessary). Then after about a week or so i will transplant them into the ground where they will get distilled water along with rain water when it rains obviously. they will get about 1/4 strength grow big in the distilled water just to make sure to not give them too many nutrients in the early stages(may move up to half strength if they seem to take the nutrients well). I will then switch to a heavier dose of big bloom, a regular dose of tiger bloom, and a couple tablespoons of molasses when they flower. I will then stop the nutrients 10 days before harvest and stop watering 2 days before harvest. I will harvest when the trichomes look milky and orange hairs have sprouted.

Let me know how this all sounds. Glad to be a part of the rollitup fam.:weed:

Sounds good. You can feed molasses at any point - not just flowering.

Welcome to the site. Have fun!
