So, do you think those Mexicans were freehanding those plants? I don't believe one thing put out by our government or the DEA, But I "think" those Mexicans are being allowed to work in the fields by the cartels. They talk about sending a little money back home, believe me, if they actually cashed in that crop, they'd be living pretty high on the hog. I believe the cartels are paying them to grow that crop.
