ok so my outdoor grow area is a dog cage 6ft wide and 9 ft long, plants cant get any taller than 5 1/2ft. right now i have two plants in there one in the ground and one i started late thats still in a pot. the one in the ground is almost exactly 3ft in diameter. the point of this thread is im trying to figure out how many plants i can fit in there next year (this is my first grow)
below you can see my ghetto drawing. the dotted lines are 3ft sqaures where ide like to put a plant in each sqaure, im not sure which method im going to use yet but im planning on topping a few times, LST, or something to keep the heigth down...the remainder of the cage i want to use to add smaller plants in pots thatll get started later than the other four.
oh btw the ground is HARD AS FUCK. i had to keep soaking it and pounding the hell out of it with a shovel. im going to buy some soil for them cuz this shit here wont work. should i dig them holes? or just dig out the hole 6ft by 6ft area for the four going in the ground.
tell me what you think of my plan so far. anyone got any ideas of something i should/can do different? i want to get as much bud as i can with my limited outdoor space.
