just wondering if anyone used to get night terrors as a child?...... And what did you do to conquer them?
even just lots of nightmares or any strange scary dreams will be fine

had a bogey man .............to counter it i slept in the closet or under the bed for 3 years ......thinking is can not come in with a body in the space it comes in i would have to be moved to where it came from transposed (when u stacked boxes and stuff still somehow would get in there ......so i figured it had to be transposed to someplace to allow this )
as for dreaming i learned to control mine at a young age know it is a dream and then u can control the dream ........as for what they were just the normal day fear playing out in the head trying to find a way to cope or solve the issue
end of the world
falling down a void then out of the blackness vampires come when get close see it is family
worst case possible for life (depends what going on but basic of it all falls apart at critical time everything fails)
southern babist mother so church was huge factor .......normal demons and angels things caught in the middle and everything just goes black
huge history buff as kid start of the world to about 1300ad i read every book i could on subjects.......so had those monsters coming after me for something i did ......pissing off ancient gods
my own death ........... in a car ben korh next to me i am talk then red blue and black .....over and over and over always the same one for months (never rode with him again to this date)
those i would call scarey and fear inducing the rest were fun/strange ..........but since 2002 i only sleep for 2 hours at a time and wake up repeat this 4 times 8 hours get out of bed ......so even if i am making it to rem sleep no chance for me to rem them rem sleep is normally 90 mins to 2 hours into sleep is when u enter and dreams happen
as for controlling it simple matter but hard to do ..........u need to know it is a dream but doing that is hard other wise most ppl would do it ........dreams mimic everything in the head but some things are off or out of place ........notice those things once u know it is a dream then relax take deep breath and do what u want .........or work on what u want
to wake up out of a dream some ppl use a tap trigger others use a sound from outside the head ...........i use a primal scream and the image of a shattering mirror when i get to the height of the scream what ever emotion used to power it ......i wake right up (i got anger in spades locked down)
it sounds new agey yah i know but it works ........just like bio rhythm feedback mind over the body
