night time temps

hey, i run my lights at night so my lights on temp is around 77-79, but my nighttime (1-7pm) its around 73. if i turn my ac on its around 66 in the tent.

i'd rather not have to run my ac for night time, would i be able to get by with the higher temps? thanks for any insight

you can set your ac to turn on at any temp you desire. 79 is at the top imo.
higher temps means more metabolism, more necessary resources, provide those and all is well

ive got an old school 5000 btu rigged to go into my tent, ive figured out how to use it but theres no thermostat on it.

just wondering if 77 for day n 73 for night is that enough of a swing? i aim for 10 degree difference, just not sure running an ac to lower nighttime temps is a waste of money (especially for veg)
