Nightly drooping?

Hey All,

I am growing plants in the veg cycle and they are about 2 months old and 5-7 inches tall. The PH is between 5.8 & 6.0 and I am giving them 500 PPM of canna nutes. I am growing them in Hydroton rocks using flood and drain and they were started in rapid rooters. The rooters are for the most part above the flood plain but 2 of them are below it.

They are on a watering schedule of 4:15am, 10:15am, 4:15pm, 9:15 pm for 15 minutes each. They are on a light schedule of 18 hours 4 am - 10pm.

One of the things I have noticed in the last few days is that after 6-7 PM the majority of the plants leaves begin to droop and the small top leaves start to close up and point toward the ceiling.

Is this an indication of over/under watering or a natural condition of the plant?

I would think it is overwatering also.

Mine did this also, it is my first flood and drain. I started with watering 3 times a day and found them droopy here and there. I increased teh watering slowly to 6 times a day and it never improved. I posted a thread - https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/317994-flood-drain-watering-schedule-problems.html - with the input I got from this thread I reduced my watering to twice a day and found better results and faster growth. This is were I am at now -https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/325134-first-pics-my-purple-kush.html .

I have plants in hempy buckets, and in soil that do the same thing, about the same time every day. I dont think they are sick.
