Nirvana Chargeback ?

Has anyone heard of this before I ordered seed from Nirvana in June and today they sent me an email saying my bank had done a chargeback WHAT it's now October the plants have already been smoked for GODSAKE ! So they say I'm on their blacklist untill I pay up. Well one problem the bank shows no charge back and why would I want my cash back for seeds I'm happy with. Coments ??

Have you tried to contact them to get it figured out? thats probably the best way to handle it, they could of made a mistake or something.

Nope with only theri word they say the bank has taken their cash back 120 days later Bank of America shows no record of a charge back only payment Nirvana wants me to mail them cash with no proof at all. What would you do ??

if you tried to clear it up and explain your bank has no record of such and they should verify that with them and they are still that way i would find a new place to buy seeds.
