Nirvana isnt a bad shop, a mistake was made somewhere, or the seeds were seized. Whether you want to believe it or not. No they dont have to send a letter to you stating it was taken. Its gone, and thats the end of it. I know plenty of people who never got their mail from me personally as well and never got a letter saying anything about it. The US government is corupt, and they will do whatever they want and tell you nothing.

Everyone needs to drop the subject and stop giving wontime your "great" advice.

Wontime dont give up on ordering online. Just be sure to read all rules on the site your ordering from, and make sure they are american. Your mail wont be searched if you order from within the US.

Well it is completely obvious that you are basing your opinion only on YOUR experiences. There are plenty of people in the US who order outside the country (that is about the only way to do it for your info, for the most part) As for wanting to know who is who that got their order...well go read some threads on seed banks there is a whole section on here about seedbank reviews.

And you should receive a letter I don't know why you are so confident in your opinion because so far everything in your post can be disproved by peoples actual experiences here and on many other forums. The letter is part of the CUSTOMS SOP they can't confiscate things without letting you know they have to answer to US Postal otherwise...and no one wants to do that heh.

Do me a favor do a little reading before you start ranting...

EVERYTHING isn't checked, hence how do all the other seeds + all the illegal pills from Iran and shit. Don't state that EVERYTHING is checked because who has the time to check every UPS type box and not default sized letter? im not ranting you child. if you knew how to read you would have seen i said it was from personal experience. your one to talk about doing a little reading. Im part of the local compasion club and we do plenty of sending and receiving. Everything i say is based on personal experience and experience shared with me by friends and co workers. and like i said. your government is corupt, they know they can do whatever they want, and they do whatever they want. and rely on idiots like yourself to believe them when they say otherwise.

That's funny you called me kid that is actually a compliment for me...and you are ranting and it is clear what you stated...that you can't ship seeds into the US and that everything is checked...do you live in the US or are you outside looking in? This is really not looking good for Nirvana. I wanted them to have their say because the e-mail they sent me clearly stated that they would like a chance to dispute the claims made by the OP. They were sent the link to the thread yesterday (twice) and have been given at least 24 hours to respond. If I had a business and someone was spreading false information and I knew where it was happening, I would be on there in a second defending my business and it's practices. They have chosen to not do that. Unfortunately, I can only draw 1 of 2 conclusions.

1. The OP was correct in his original accusation or
2. Nirvana just doesn't give a shit about the NA market

Either way, no Nirvana seeds for me, ever. I agree with Chuck, close the thread down again, they had their chance.

I graduated, I got my college degree, and im done with all that and working and making a good wage. I dont have to spell correctly anymore. As long as my point gets across. Seeds for all I care, I have plenty kicking around now. And we will see if you get them without it being opened. I want to see your "proof" in a photo. I have mine. I will pull it off of the hard drives at work JUST for you. Letters upon letters sent between Europe, and the US from where I am in Canada. ALL OPENED AND TAPED SHUT! with nothing other then a letter in them. I will wash my hands and sterilize them, I will do anything you want with the package/letter. And I guarantee it will be OPENED. And when you post a picture of the unopened letter in your hands then you can sit here and pick apart at my facts and call them whatever you want.

if they check EVERYTHING how did all the people in the seedbank review section get the seeds they said they got.

Did the feds open the package see the pot seeds and send them along?
