Nirvana Jock Horror

I am 45 days into flower with my three JH ladies... I clipped a small low bud, dried it on top of the ballast and smoked it yesterday. WOW!

I have been smoking Kali Mist for the last couple of weeks and this immature JH really surprised me - great soaring high to be sure. I can't wait for this crop to be in the jar. The grow has been trouble free and the buds are big and frosty. I have six vegging right now along with four haze's. I don't have much grow experience but I think this is a good producer from the look of things...

The Northern Bright is a fat wide dark bitch.

Does anyone have any information about Nirvana's Black Jack seeds? They claim it is a cross of Black domina and Jock horror. I just bought some and was wondering how it smoked, looked and grew?

jack is acutally skunk haze and nl to be exact i beleive 50% haze 25 nl 25 skunk, no matter what if u breed 50 haze 25 and 25 nl and skunk youll get close phenos to the original jack, maybe not exact same cause like human all plants are difffrent BUT nonetheless, close. maybe jock is 50% something else and then 25 and 25 or maybe was backcrossed diffrently giving it more sativa type high i dunno but i just know that jack and jock have same gene line if ur info is correct
Ive been told Jack is haze x skunk, Jock is haze x skunk x nl, they look different thats for sure(have seen a mother of each), jAck is very tall & thin, while jOck has broader leaves not quite as tall, will give a smoke comparison/report in 3 months

You're right, they're not the same at all. If anyone has ever seen a real Jack Herer grow it is nothing like Jock Horror. Jock Horror is super easy to grow, forms huge colas, and is not very stinky. Jack Herer is a very stretchy late bloomer with small buds that stink to high heaven. When you say haze x skunk or haze x skunk x NL that could describe about 100 different strains. With the variations in phenotypes with these plants it doesn't matter whether the STRAINS in the genetics are identical. Unless the two exact same PLANTS are used to make the seeds they will be different. I could use two different original skunk mothers and two different original haze fathers and get completely different strains even after I went to the work of stabilizing the two different lines. On top of that, in the genetic info we are not even told what kind of skunk, what kind of haze, or what kind of NL. They could still be different strains anyway. So I still want to hear your smoke comparison report but I can tell you right now it won't be the same, for better or for worse. You will yield a whole lot more and have to do less maintenance with the Jock but the Jack should have better potency/smell/taste.

After being in the jar for a while the orange pheno just rocked!! Great flavor and let's boogie kind of buzz.
These beans are cheap, the plants easy to grow and the potency is definitely there. Pick the right pheno and you got a keeper.

Good luck!

I really like the orange flavor pheno! orange orange. I topped my girls for four main colas and it worked wonderfully. I recommend tomato cages!

They fit in my five gallon pots just fine... That JH will get so heavy it will fall down. I had it all tied up and it made a mess of the room...

I am on my first run with the cages and I won't be without them from now on!

I advise some trimming to make for more budsites - and to keep it from stretching to the roof. It will stretch for over two weeks and almost triple in height.

Five JOCK beans sprouted with in 36 hours all popped one was huge one of the biggest beans i have ever seen. I marked it big jock. If the start is any outlook iam in for some great results will show some pics when big enough. Also have two medical strains going sour-kush an sour gold five generations intothe making of these two strains .

Maybe a new batch. I have a few since they popped being a little on the slow side. No ph problems but I have a spring fed well an use soiless mix an advanced nutrients MOTHER EARTH TEA two part organic tea grow an bloom no worries about ph when using those nutes an one shot of what is called ton-o-bud two weeks into flowering an wala nice juicy buds. I use indoor pro-mix an add more vermiculite too. I do not give any nutes until the second set of leaves are showing and then only a quater of what they say for the first three or so feedings an always nutes in one feeding then straight water on the second feeding an so on until it is done every other watering is straight water. I will let you know how things turn out. I hope the best for your one jock bro
