Hi,i am planing to order Nirvana northern light Autoflower... has anybody grown recently NL Auto from nirvana? After a search in the forums i found that this strain is not a true autoflower and it grows like a regular NL.Has anybody succesfully grown this strain as a true AF?

I just planted 4 of these about 2 weeks ago. I'd say they are growing extremely fast and the stems are the thickest I've seen on a seedling, giving me a lot of hope. I tried the NL auto from G13 and it basically failed hardcore. I had one that popped it's 2nd set of leaves before it even had the seed completely burst off(the nirvana, not the g13)! I know that the old nirvana AF's were problematic and they were taken off the market for a while, but I'm going to grow it like an autoflower. I'll sub your thread if you want and let you know if it starts flowering on it's own or if I have to swap the cycle ect. I'm not too far ahead of you so hopefully I'll be able to help. I'm growing it in soil (I always grow my AF's in soil) and it germed and is growing very well. I know a lot of people buy northern lights from Nirvana and just start them on 12/12 which would be basically the same effect, but an AF would be faster. So far I'm very happy and it's looking like by far the strongest early showing from an AF I've ever had. Deep greens. As far as autos, value-wise they are really good for an auto. I'd say go for it man. They just put them back up so I'm assuming they stablized the pheno's. Good luck and hope I didn't steer you wrong!

BTW I'm running them on 19/5, I've never really liked 24 straight I like them to have a chance to cool off.

Hey, I'm growing the G 13 NL Auto right now, it's growing right along with my other regular seeds outside. I can't tell any difference, definately not showing sex. I sorta hope it doesn't autoflower since it was a freebie and I'm not a huge fan of autoflowers. I was actually about to post a thread just like this one earlier today for my G 13 seed, but I thought I'd give it a couple more weeks. I germed it back on April 1st and it just looks like one of the bunch.

yeah I'm really disappointd in the G13, at least 5 of the seeds were immature (almost pinhead size) which I can't blame on attitude. I didn't notice that it wasn't a fem beforehand either. It just seems like they threw a random NL in with a ruderalis, while everyone else using lowrider and 1st gen NL auto strong phenos to make their new phenos. Anyway, including the picture of a plant 8 days from germ and one 5 days from germ (the smaller was the one that was growing it's 2nd set of roots with the seed still on it, unfortunately by the time I got to my grow room it had fallen off but you can still see the way it looked kinda. If you want a bigger yield/speed go with the AF, if you want danker buds, 12/12 a regular NL. I was actually so impressed I've ordered bubblicious and blue mystic AF from nirvana to test out.

Hi

Im germinating 3 feminized nirvana nl autos right now.. Just got them 2 days ago
All seeds had sinked in a cup of water when i checked after 12 hours, now they are in some wet tissue and im gonna check em after work tomorrow.

also got 2 hawaiian snow going (also fem)... they're about 3 weeks old and looking good. Im gonna have to plant em out soon, coz I live with my parents. I dont relly know what result to expekt from these, coz they are sativas and I live pretty far north (south in norway) but im living in the hope :)

Im also gonna plant out 2 of the nl autos, and keep the last one in a closet to see how much it smell... If its to bad Im gonna have to plant out thisone aswell...

cranker: Keep us updated bro!

I bought a few of these last year. The one I grew was small, but didn't autoflower; it took just as long as everything else outdoors. The smell was awesome though and the bud was good. It produced as much as one of my regular plants. I'm growing another this year (leftover) and it's less than a month old and it's flowering. It looks good but I don't know how big it will get.

Here's the one from last year.
