I plan on trying an outdoor grow with super skunk next season.
I know it's early, but I'd like to order the seeds soon(month or so time) just to have and veg them indoors starting about mid march.

Did any of you guys ever grow either of these breeders super skunk strains outdoors.
I've never grew Sensi's strains before.Only Nirvanas Northern Lights.I was satisfied.

What do you guys think?

I grew 2 SS plants from sensi seeds, one tasted like chocolate and one smelled like cat piss. I wasnt verry happy at all, after that I never bought sensi seeds again.

Grown sensi seeds SS for yrs lovely plant. I don't care what other users say, over the past 15yrs I've found Sensi to be one of the best and most stable producers of seed.Trace many new strains back from other seed producers and alot of their ancestry lie's back at Sensi in the first place.

i haven't grown either though i have grown some other nirvana strains
there's a good thread around on nirvana strains and experiences, has a poll on some nirvana strains
i've noticed that their super skunk comes out close to the bottom, wasn't exactly a ringing endorsement of that strain

That don't sound good.
I was thinkin on ordering 15 seeds from Nirvana of SS.

I was talkin to a guy on here named stonesour who grew Nirvan's WW,Bubbleicious,Northern Lights, and Super Skunk(one each).
Told me the SS was the earliest finisher and largest producer of the 4.
That's why I was thinkin of trying Super Skunk.

outdoor is kind of it's own equation
great strains that won't finish outside aren't going to give you great MJ
so keep reading, i have found if you dig deep enough your results will be better
the poll may well be skewed towards inside grows

Yeah I've been outdoor for years.
Got some Chemdogs from Drgreenthumb that have a hard time to finish (46 Lattitude).
Just took my last 3 down yesterday.
I grew 6 nirvana's Northern Lights this year.
Very satisfied.
They finished about Oct. 1st.
"Stonesour" told me his Super Skunk finished earlier than the Northern lights.
That was an indoor grow though. And better yields. That's why I'm interested in Nirvana's SS.
But Sensi seeds is known as a quality seed breeder.

I grew them indoors in 1 gal pots on an ebb n flow table under a 1000w hps. I got about a half ounce off each plant, and one of the plants had bud sites on the leafstalks. I have seen buds form in the center of the leaf itsself, but never in the middle of the leaf stalk. I just wasnt impressed because I was looking for a skunky strain, and neither plant had a hint of skunk even early in bud.

Yep, Nirvana Super Skunk is good...it is a 7-8 week finisher and produces good. I've also had another Nirvana strain that wasn't that great...maybe it is a hit or miss with them.

Yeah,I had 6 Northern lights from Nirvana this year.Had 2 large ones close to a pound.3 were about half Pound each, and one was a small short plant. They were all vegged the same indoors about 2 months before they went outdoors and grown the same.
