Nitrogen Def. or Salt buildup???

I am almost 4 weeks in to flower and my lady starts showing some problems. I believe it is a Nitro Def. or an excessive salt buildup. I am using Foxfarm Grow big hydro with big bloom and Advanced nutrients bloom fert. Right now i am doing the full strength dosage under a medium feeding schedule for the advanced nutes and doing foxfarms full strength schedule. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated I dont want to lose her she is the last of three plants.

Yeah first thing I would do if my babies looked like that is flush em with a ph as low as maybe 5.3 and see if their appearance and vigor returned some over the next few days.

Well I set the ph at about 5.8 with clean water for about 3 days and growth halted completely and smaller leaves started dying quite rapidly so i swithed the water and am goin to stay with nutes for the next few days. I have looked around the root mass and base of the stalk and there isnt much salt build up. So im gonna give her some fresh nutes for a few days to see what happens. If she doesnt progress i will proceed to flush completely. Also this is my second grow my first ended a little like this because my auto ak47's ran out of nitrogen about 4 days b4 i started to flush her, i found out it was a nute def. because i also had 2 afghan kush plants that were regular photoperiod and looked just like my ak47's, but when given nutes after the week and a half of flushing they started flourishing again. So this is an experiment to see if it really is a deficiency or salt build up. Besides my last nutrient change b4 thursday was almost 2 weeks ( i know shouldnt be that long but i was working alot.) So we will see. Thanks for the input. I'll keep you guys posted.

i would bet that its salt build up. just water the shit out of it.. flush that soil out. i really think that your feeding schedule should be giving it enough nitrogen. good luck, no worries you are almost there!!

What was the PH of your run off after watering? tds reading?

With EITHER of the regimens you are specifying should be enough.

Mixing nutrient companies can cause lockout and have a bad reaction if done improperly...

this isnt soil this is dwc i check my ph every other day and always have it right at about 5.6 to 5.8. i just ordered some clearex to see if it will help with leaching. I will post if she doesnt get better over the week.

If you are doing DWC sorry I missed that, but your operating PH can be in that range acceptably vs soil and the low PH is even safer probably.

Do you have a way to gauge ppm? Try going with either or for the next feeding. There is a possibility that you are burning em up with nutes like that. Do you know anyone else who uses this specific combo in these ranges successfully?

My best guess at this point is that either you are feeding to much, or the two are not working together correctly.

Actually you do make sure to shake your nutrient up before you dose it out? If you let it separate you run into problems ALL THE TIME

yes i shake it thoroughly before every dose unfortunately i dont have a way of checking the ppm of my water (i know i should get a meter), but right now im broke and it is hit or miss with the ppm. I thought it might be them not mixing together properly, but i dont know. there isnt much seporation of nutes because of the amount of bubbles i have in my res, right now i switched back into flush and im gonna flush her until my next nute change if she hasnt gotten better then the only things i could do are keep flushing, give 1/2 strength nutes and mix everyday for no seporation, or pull her and i dont wanna even think about pulling her. So i will keep you guys posted and i will be here constantly to look at messages. thanks again for the replies.
