Nitrogen Deficiency?

1)Pic of 2 plants with yellowing leaves. Soil PH 6.8

2) Growing outdoors
3) Watering every other day, tablespoon of fish emulsion per gallon once every two weeks
4) Growing in Ultimate Potting Mix mix in 3 gallon pots with amendments:

  • Blood/Bone meal combo
  • Kelp meal
  • Worm Castings
  • Lime
  • Bat Guano (10-1-1)
  • Perlite/Vermiculite Mix
5) Plant is 7 weeks old, just over 2 weeks into flowering.

I suspect that I need more nitrogen but I'm still a newb when it comes to plant deficiencies. These are new strains to my greenhouse, connie chung and sensei star, but I have pineapple express and madness going under the same conditions and those are doing fine. I'm hoping that these particular strains just need more nitrogen and I can just up the fish emulsion for them but want to be sure that's what it is.

Are those lady bugs? Really cool way to keep pests under control. Nice looking plants and yes u need some N. you'll still lose a few leaves before the N gets absorbed. No big whoop.

Alright, thanks guys. Yeah I just added the ladybugs and a house for them a couple of weeks ago to help me keep the mites under control. They don't seem to be making a huge difference just yet but they have been humping all over my greenhouse so hopefully their babies can start making a dent for me.

Quickest fix while you amend your soil is to foliar feed with the fish emulsion I use 1/4 strength when I feed this way it is a good routine to add to your grow. Remeber to feed early in the day when the temps are lower. They do look as though they are in need of the N, overall the plants look great.:joint:
