Nitrogen or Potassium problems...please help

Hi i have some young plants/seedings under 2x 44w cool cfl light strips, im adding nutrian inhanced water regualy and checking ph level regualy my air flow is good but not amazing, the majority of the plants are doing realy well whilst some are realy stunted/turning yellow, one has turned brown and looks dead. Is this a nitrogen or potassium problem? and how do i over come this?

sounds fried mate. how often on the nutes? pics? what kind of soil? or hydro?

i mix up a batch ready and water daily untill i can transfer into a propergation unit - hydro. Most could be transfered already but i dont want to leave the others behind. I try get some pictures uploaded soon

i dont have a fan on them yet but a well vented room with the fan i was topping up there water 3x quicker than without
