Nitrogen Toxicity?

Looks like maybe a water issue - too much, but could be that soil. Very hard to tell, but it looks like pretty dense soil? What is in it? I could be way off however as the purple lights interfere a bit..

There are some tips curling. What are you feeding it, how often, concentration?

Its promix mixed with perlite and some sheep.manure.. feed it with 4-5-8 fertilizer but 1/2 strength because i thought it was a deficiency problem didnt help so ive been watering with just 6.5ph water

I recently just turned on my led to max recently didnt help but dont know if its making it worse lol
Its not making it worse. She is slightly overfed or overwatered then. if its food , it will grow into it quick , if its overwatered , it may get worse before it gets better. DO NOT "FLUSH" just let her dry up a tad more and wait a bit to feed again.

Seems to be slightly overwatered to me. Its ok to let your soil go dry. Just not for a long time. Look at the top of your soil. Its got algae growing on it.

Which promix? If it's either the flowering plant, or the herb & vegetable potting mixes then with sheep manure you shouldn't need to feed your plant for at least a month, probably more like two. The flowering plant version of promix especially, it's waaay high in nitrogen for weed.
