No Ac. Help!

i have a 600watt hps, air cooled with 400cfm fan. my set up will be inside of a 5x5x7 tent inside of a 9x10x12 room....in the room i have the attic access to exhaust and i also have the crawl space access which grabs air from under the house (no basement). I can shut the door to the room and make it closed but for the past 6 months i have just left the door open and circulating air from the house itself instead of sending air out of the attic and pulling it in...i haven't been grabbing air form under the house instead i have been just using the air inside the house to circulate....

well now it is summer and yesterday it got to 86 inside the grow tent and 80 inside of the house...the house increases a few degrees every time that light comes on. I need to start exhausting in the attic and pulling in the coolest air i can find. I also want to keep energy costs down and do this as affordable as possible...i have no ac and i cant exhaust anywhere except my attic due to s close neighbors...what would you do? i live in the southwest so the weather here is a mix of dry and humid but summers are 80-95.

please help, i was considering portable ac or swamp units but didnt know if they actually work since the light is constantly pumping out heat. Will the portable ac/swamp cooler be on all the time when the light is on? that energy draw must be ridiculous bc i know those things suck power...i also understand those things have hoses and stuff for exhaust aind intake please explain how to run that. Through my attic? do i use the swamp cooler and ac without a carbon filter attached to it? odor control is key if i am now pumping it outisde...before i inside my house i didint care its only 6 plants...but outside i don't want to take chances...

i have an in window AC unit for my grow room. I run it 30 minutes every two hours max depending on the temp outside and never at night; it will lower my room temp from anywhere from 85+ to less than 75 degrees n that half hour without the use of any other fans. My bill only goes up around $5-7 a month when i need to use it. I don't use an exhaust or intake for the room either. Have a recirculating carbon filter i use in flowering only and a little fan that i use some times.

I'd just go with the AC if i was you. Helps keep humidity down as well.

if you dump into the attic, make sure it has good ventalation. drawing cool air from under the house and venting to attic and to the outside may work but an ac unit in the window of the room holding the tent WILL work.

i have almost the same setup 4x6x8 with 2 400 hps and exhaustiing to the attic pulling cold air from outside work fine for most of the year but without ac u are screwed when its 80 plus outside im investing in an ac unit for the hot summer days and air cooled hoods exhausting into attic the rest of the time also i wouldnt pull air from under the house unlesu buy a good filter to get rid of mold spores

86 is fine inside the tent. Just vent into the attic. The negative pressure from your fan inside the tent will pull air into the tent just fine.

Just have to know how the hell u stand it inside your house at 80+ degrees?? after 75 im hot and pissed off at the world :)
