Yes your females will probably be pollinated and produce seeds. However that will also depend on how well developed the female flowers are at this point, if the female flowers aren't well developed you will probably only get a few seeds which I consider a good thing, I always like to get just a few seeds out of a crop for the next grow to see what happened with the genetics. I also like the satifaction of knowing that the plant was fulfilled in it's effort to produce seeds, that might just be hippy talk though. On a second thought, The male you destroyed probably was not even mature enough to release any pollen at this point so nothing to worry about. happy growing
