No sign of seedling

Hello, my seeds have been in peace pod starter for 5 days now with no signs. I soaked then until pop, then used ther ppt method until I saw tap root starting to show, then tothe pods. My led is at 18", should I lower? Is this even cause for concern right now?

You don't need any light until they poke their heads. What you do need is to make sure the environment is warm and that the medium doesn't dry out. Once they pop, meaning brake the ground, it's a different story.

My environment has stayed typically around 72% humidity and 82°f. My pods aren't dry, but shine body told me that not squeezing out the pea pods was a mistake.

I'm not really familiar with any seed starting kits/pods/etc.. I always just soak them and straight into the soil they go. Sometimes they can take longer I guess, give them more time if you can

You don't want things too wet. The seeds can rot under those conditions.
