Hey everyone. Long time grower, first time poster. Starting off a few weeks into veg here in my own mix of peat moss, pearlite, worms and quite a few amendments i'll post a list of later. They include blood meal, azomite, dolomite lime, diatomaceous earth, crab meal, fish meal, bokashi along with a few others. There is a top layer of clover growing and I do some pretty severe LST work. As you can see, she's pretty much laid on her side to put emphasis on the node structure. I do not cook my medium before I use it. I make it and plant. Clover assist with nitrogen fixing.
I water with plain water from my bath tub. I don't ph it or check it in any way. It will correct itself in the medium.

I'm using a cheapo 4x SMD COBs running at about 200 watts that currently sit about 2ft above the canopy. I use a par meter to currently keep it around 750. I will be upping that to around 950 when I start adding Co2. I use Co2 in all of my grows in some form or another.

My current grow is God Bud from the Bud Depot. It's was about 7 years old as a seed and took a little longer to sprout but is doing pretty great now. Here are a few pictures to catch you up.

As you can see, she is moving on pretty well. Pretty nice color. I also have some Celosi growing in the top left one but you can barely see them yet. I'm going to be mowing the area pretty soon and then heavily defoliating the main bud sites. By laying her on her side like this, I was able to get direct light to more bud sites earlier than normal. This is a pretty small grow So I'm also going to be cutting off the smaller bud sites when I get her pretty heavily defoliated so the energy can be focused on a good 10 or so branches and minimize the popcorn.

The size of the pot is pretty large. Around 10 gallons so this has the potential to pack on some weight. Once I run out of room and she gets about 2 ft tall, I'll be forced to start flower. Currently, she's about 3-6 inches and staying there until I run out of room to stake her down. I am able to maximize the results by keeping the par in the higher range causing her to not stretch as much and produce more nodes in turn creating some beefy arms.
