got some white dwarf 65 days from seed large sticky buds but just a couple of white hairs lots of pods where hairs should be coming out, tricombs cloudy,on 16 hours of lite , any info debating whether to harvest now or wate

Without seeing a pic and without real information (hairs and pods are slang) I can only guess it's a male.

16 hours of light? I think thats a bit much I've never heard of anyone doing anything over 14 for flowering. The pics are a little blurry so I can't really see anything, also pods? Pods like as in seed pods? Or do you mean buds? 
Assuming everything looks good you can harvest when they are cloudy, most people recommend seeing at least a little amber before harvesting. A cloudy trich harvest with give you more of a head high whereas a more amber one will give you a couchlocking body high. Your choice

autoflowers will flower under any light, even 24 hours. i think 18 hours of light is actually recommended all the way through growing. mine are inside and outside right now and getting about 14-15 hours of light and flowering quite well.

mine started out looking like yours, i just looked at mine with magnifying glass cant see any white hairs cause the resin is so heavy ,looks like fur but did see a few red ones

Man, I don't know what to say about that. Maybe you got unlucky and the DNA of this plant is just fucked up. I mean, along the lines of a mutation, but instead of having mutated leaves it's just missing buddage. Really need more focused pics to see what's in that foliage. Shit, I don't know. I'm just pulling on straws.
