What kind of soil did you use and how ofter do you fertilize?
Any pics?

Working on the assumption that you're using soil and that this is indeed a Ph problem

What you need to do is feed her only when she dries up again, and then feed her Ph balanced water. Your last watering was probably Phed at around 7 (just under or over depending where your water comes from is usual) which will have affected your soil slightly and it didn't give your plant a great chance to utilise it well either because they like their water on the slightly acidic side. Don't think that you need to now overdo the acid in your water just to get her back up to scratch, take it back to the normal acidity you'd usually give her and carry on as usual. Your Ph will return to normal quite quickly since it was an iscolated occasion.

If you're overfeeding her though then this is not going to solve all of your problems, A and one you'll still need to find a good schedule and B. if you're using nutes you may need a flush

Sounds more like over watering or over feeding. Need pics.......
Or its too hot.

On the subject of un-pH'd tap water, whos to say that you didnt have acidic soil and the tap water was alkaline thus actually being good for the soil and plant in a very small kind of insignificant way whereas some of the tap water alkaline ion elements reacted with the acid elements and hydrogen ions in the soil thus buffering the pH oh so slightly.

But im with the overferts or temp problems, pH isnt affected to any great deal by one un-ph'd watering that i know of unless it had high pH values of like pH9 or pH4 in which case i'd also call up the municipal water supplier and complain your drinking water is either too acidic or alkaline, human bodies prefer about pH7.5 when it comes to liquids and water, over here my tap water hits just over pH8 most days and my plant loves the stuff, i think it taste good too.

Oh and pics would really help, nice shiny ones with lots of green colour in and possibly little coloured arrows pointing to the problem areas, i've seen a couple real good ones with coloured arrows in, they are my favourite pics. Peace

twisted leaves are a sign of fucked up pH. drooping leaves sounds like poorly oxygenated roots (i.e. overwatering)
