Noob Alert, White Widow Question

Hi, I'm new to growing and was thinking about doing a couple white widow plants in a closet area about:
[3 1/2 ft (L)] X [1' 10"(W)] X [6' (H)]

Now here's what im trying to figure out. I've heard of uncle ben's method, LST, and what was called "super cropping" I haven't seen much about supercropping on this forum but from what im told it keeps the plants relatively low and bushy (bending the inter node about 3 inches from tip so that the branch will basically break but will repair itself and focus the nutes/growth to the lower part of the plant)....anyways I was thinking about doing 4-5 plants using 400w MH / HPS(flowering) and was wondering what type of method works best for this strain or in general.

yah, i'm also a fan of uncle bens technique for two or four main colas.. my last grow, i didn't do any form of topping and about two or three weeks into flower my sour cream was getting much too tall, so i ended up supercropping her, and it worked great... i was way nervous doing it, but watched a few videos on youtube first to get a feel for what i was doing.. i did it right when the lights came on, and when i woke up the next day, she had recovered pretty much completely and i gained about 18 or so inches in height from doing so.. the plant didn't stress too much and worked great..
