first of all i'm not a native english speaker so please understand if what im saying makes no sense
this is how my growing closet look like. so far i have 3 Top44 and 3 powerplant, and more seeds are still germinating. this is my first time growing and i'm totally clueless:confused:. please help!

1. i'm using 400w HPS and as you see i don't have a reflector... do i need one?

2. i planted the seeds in plastic cups for now. it doesn't have any holes in the bottom to drain. is it okay if i just water it regularly even though the water can't be drained?

3. when the light is on, light evaporates water and the surface of soil gets dry really fast and i have to water it every hour to keep it moistened. how do i know if my soil are moistened enough/too wet? or how often should i water it?

4. the soil i used is my country's version of miracle grow. it's got nutrients in it but when should i start using nutrients from outside source?

5. i have nutrients that look like a syringe(the one you usually just put in the soil and keep it there for months) and its got most of the important stuff mixed in it. can i use these for my plants? when should i put them inside my pot?

lastly, i'm scared that i might screw up and it won't even grow at all. my light goes 12/12 cycle and if i just water it regularly and wait will it grow?

thanks for reading and please help me! happy smoke =):joint:

1. You don't 'need' a reflector, but it would catch and reflect a lot of the light you'd lose without one...

2. Put holes in the bottom, it's way way too easy for a first time grower to over water them...

3. You should never water if the soil is damp 2 inches below the surface. The actual top soil is never a good indicator of if the soil is still damp.

4. You shouldn't need nutes until they're almost a month old.

The lights should be 18/6 or 24/0, not 12/12 at this stage, it doesn't make them mature or flower any sooner, it just gives them less light...
