Noob questions about lighting in PC Grow Box - auto

Hello, I'm a newbie.. I'm trying to get all of my equipment and I already have my reflective mylar, but I also have a blue Philips fluorescent lamp. I'm gonna use autoflowering seeds (Royal Dwarf from Royal Queen Seeds) and put 2 plants in a PC Grow Box wich I'm trying to build right now.. I wanted to ask 2 things:
1) If I use this blue fluorescent light, and then switch to LEDs, would it be ok for the plant? I know that autos don't really have veg period, but I was thinking about using this for the first 3-4 weeks and then switch.
2) If I switch to LEDs, would 3x4.5Watt (80 Leds each) be ok for a PC Grow Box? [The LEDs will be Red-Blue, bought from EBAY(Heard that they are not well because they're cheap, but if you have used them, please tell me their deficiencies!)] I have read previous threads but couldn't really tell when someone was right - all these different opinions.. That's why I would like to hear from someone that has personal experience..
Thanks in advance, any advice accepted, even those who are going to refer to my bad English!

What is the K of the fluoro? You don't literally mean a blue colored one do you? You want 6500k.

I think you could switch fine. I have a 12-12 test under led going on. my led went bad and i used cfl while it was being replaced and plant was fine.

13 total watts doesn't seem like much. mine is under a 50 which seems to be about right.

That would be fine. Bug you should add some neutral white and warm white leds. No need for blue. You want full spectrum.

GrowinDad, I'm going to check the K today, cos it has been borrowed to a friend.
