Noob with a new Timber

Been out of the game a long time and after alot of reading, and realizing not ready for diy yet (and on short time window)- ended up ordering a 400w Vero setup from Timber. Emailed ahead of time to check on lead time (that whole crunch thing) and was quoted 8-9 days; I had shipping 10 days later- not business days either so very happy there. Light arrived in town Wednesday, missed delivery, website wouldn't let me hold it that night and finally got it held and picked up. This things a beast!!! Everything was packed amazingly, reflectors in their own box and bubble wrapped, the light double wrapped and more bubble all around. Only "issue"- looks like ups tried using it as a battering ram on one corner. That said the frame is still solid as can be. I'll be hooking everything up hopefully tonight or in the morning. Just wanted to do a little write up for those other new people browsing and showing actually what comes. Hope it's ok.
Cute Lil Timber invoice envelope.

Impressed is an understatement. Attach some chain, move hangers, clip on and adjust height, plugin and done. There was a little more damage from UPS then I originally noticed but functions perfect it seems. Communication has been perfect- I don't consider ups damage Timbers fault and from the first email he was offering fixes. Personally it's a tool and as long as functions I'm good. It's exactly what I need for now and was the best bang for buck I could find.

Plus the lights so good literally just from swapping went from:

Yep they never fail. I own snakes also and have watched them carrying my box out flipping all around while it's marked live animal.

The UPS guy that delivers to my work just drops the packages from about 4 feet up every time, no matter what it is. Fuck UPS, will never use them for anything.

If you want an easy way to bend it back into shape tighten a shifter/adjustable wrench on it and it will bend back nicely.
