Noob with problems

Hey ya'll, I'm a new grower about 3-4 months now and i gotta say the list goes on and on when growing weed!! Lol. So, I've had numerous things I needed help/tips on and always had great luck finding the answers on forums like this from people like you:). Now that I have a tiny bit of experience its time to post my own thread, since i cannot figure out what to do. I chose RIU since its always been the most informative, naturally. Now to my problem, I'll try and make it short and sweet.

I am using canna terra plus, about 45-50% perlite(rinsed) in 3G smart pots. I have a 4x4x7 gorrila bud tent and a 3x3x6 for veg. 400w MH in veg w/ air cooled hood with 400cfm fan on speed controller. This set up is fine so far rh and temps are perfect basically. 1000w HPS in flower w/ cool tube reflector. I realize now i shoulda just started with 600w but learning the hard way. Atm its set at 75%(750w?) and when lights on i gotta unzip the tent to maintain 75 degrees. I live in a cold state so with freezing weather coming I'm just now figuring out how/where to vent this air. Its currently in heated garage and airs just circulating around in there. I'm gonna hook it to my homes ducting and use the heat in my house from lights this winter.
The plants in veg are beautiful, always look perfect, no problems. But when i put them in 12/12 to flower after about 1-2 weeks i started to notice purple stems and it slowly killed my bigger fan leaves. I checked the ph runoff at next watering(ph 6.5) and the runoff ran a ridiculous ph around 5.0. I have always done feed, water water. I definetly am not over watering as i let em dry out i probably under water in fear of over watering lol. I then flushed with 5g of ph'd water and it barely brought ph up. I waited about 4-5 days and flushed again and took the sample to my hydro shop guy who said i have successfully flushed it and to feed it at 20ml canna terra flora/gallon at my next watering which i did around 4-5 days later. Well I'm currently in week 4-5(have a notepad in garage, too lazy atm sorry), and my buds look beautiful. But my leaves are all dieing off!! My ph runoff has dropped back down into the 5-5.5 ph. Hydro guy says dolomite lime is "ancient" and no one uses it so he claims. Not what i see on the forums so i have some on order should be here any day.
I should have mentioned before I use canna veg and canna flora for nutes, and i have ph up/down so i always ph'd my water/nutes. Thats all I've ever used.
I have looked relentlessly at photos articles forums you name it and cant quite figure out what to do. Will the dolomite lime added to my medium fix my ph dropping issue? In time before all leaves fall off, prob lost about 20% of them so far? I just dont fully trust my ph guy from some things he's said, example: tells me to just use ph up/down to fix my soil/medium problem. But after researching i found out that no liquid will be able to permanently change the ph of the medium, so you have to add lime or something.
I attached some photos hoping for some ideas of exactly whats going on and what i should do. Purple stems by leaves>leaves turn pale>leaves turn crunchy and literally fall off. I have looked at mag, phosphorous issues that seem to link but i also have a ph issue so i dont wanna do anything assuming that it my problem. Thanks for reading this long drawn out post and appreciate any help i can get:). Also thanks to any previous poster that has already helped me hahaha!
Also in flower tent is 2 blue mystic and 2 freebies I'm guessing a sativa since its lanky and not bushy at all, grew tall and i think i waited to long to start flower so I had to put a trellis in there to hold them down lol #noobmistakes.

Its clear that the 1000w is causing this, it started happening when you put them under the 1000w light in flower. Stressed and havnt recovered.
Put them back under the 400w at 12/12 before they die. If you lose too many leaves you wont get much weight at harvest. Going from 400w to 1000w is a big change for the plants and next time you may have to 'ease' them into the flower room, shady area first and light raised high.

When i put them into flower i never left them under 1000w long, i watched the heat rise and realized it was too much. Dimmed the ballast to 75% so should only be pushing 750w. The light is and always has been a good 1.5-2ft away from tops, plus the canopy looks pretty decent its under the canopy that the leaves are dieing. First leaves on one plant i noticed was right in the center and took out the 2 big fan leaves. I'd says its affecting the mid and lower cause i also have smaller leaves at the bottom playing out and dieing. Its been going on for about 35 days and have not been able to reverse it with few attempts.
I have a good amount of air going in there and have a thermometer temps read at most 78 degrees which isnt too bad? Usually at 75 and lights off temps 63-65.

I just really think its the low ph runoff being so low its locking out nutes? 5-5.5ph seems low if its suppose to be 6.3-6.5 for peat moss, idk

in flower just about anything will effect your plants, this is just my pinion and only mine, everyone is always quick to say use lime, and i have and always come up with bad results, instead when your locking out like i see coming to a store near you,my proven method always works and with results, get some humic and fulvic and do a root drench, this will adjust your ph and clean your roots, and your girls will love it,give it a try
