I have a tent like that is 3x3x5 and I'm using a CFL system 2x 55 watt bulbs at 6200K and 4x 55 watt bulbs at 2700k they're all high output and i average 30,000 lumens. Right now I'm only growing three plants because it's my first grow. My question is how many plants can i grow in this tent, and how much light would i want? As well as ventilation ideas I'm running at 73-78F degrees and humidity is usually around 40-50% depending on when i water or feed. The vents are 4in" and i have 1 6in clip on fan blowing hot air out through a vent i put some carbon filter through. Theres one more 4 in fan blowing on the canopy. Any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Heres a couple pics.
The plants are
1x Pineapple Express
1x Kandy Kush
1x Cherry Lime Haze
Oh yeah and i have a co2 generator.

Your temps and RH is good

A 3x3 tent should be able to hold/grow 1-12 plants depending on size/veg time, do one big in a scrog or 12 clones in a SoG or anything in between

Your spectrum is also good for a full grow and you have enough Lumens to cover that tent (tho Lumens means nothing, but can be used as a guide line now that we know your spectrum is ok) most important with any fluorescent light is to keep em close, according to my light meter they only provide good light at 2-6 inch`s at 6-12 they still provide ok light (specially for Veg as a plant in Veg only need 1/3 as the light it would need in bloom to do good) after 12 my light meter don't show much

about ventilation

Beside that just keep enough passive intake holes open (etc 4" vent = 8-12 inch hole/s) to keep a slight under pressure in the tent (tent is pulled in a inch or two when you zip it up) to prevent any odor escaping and a small fan in there for some air circulation

In a tent like that with some fluorescent tubes I would for sure do a small scrog (mostly to keep the light close to the Bud`s)

I'd recommend some CFL clip-on lamps or something for side lighting. Getting the CFLs right up next to the buds (like within an inch if possible) can fatten and firm them up nicely.

Cheers!

Plants are looking really good! As for tips, get the lights closer. They look a bit high. I usually try and hit 10,000 per plant, but if all te light is focused to the bottom as yours is, you could (like slipon said) do a SOG with a bunch of clones, or a really nice SCROG, or a really big bushy LSTd plant. It's all up to you. If you grow how you are now, you could probably fit 2 or 3 more down there with a good outcome. Happy growing!

Thanks alot everyone i appreciate the info. For my next grow my cousin is going to give me some blueberry clones i think im gonna grow 6-9 of'em. I'll work on my vent system, and probably later this week go get some side cfls. And, I also lowered the lights down about 3 inchs from the tallest plant, to help fatten them up. I'll also use a scrog for the next grow. thanks again.:weed:
I also raised the other two smaller plants and now the canopy is more balanced out.
