i think my 2 girls are at the full size now in hight pic three and can u tell me if my girls are in to flowering now?

those look like they are getting ready to sprout... those autoflowers are autopilot, so its up to them

Ive never grown an auto indoors, but I imagine that light issues would most likely be the reason.

Yeah the Light and Climate issues, indoor is more convenient year round. Looking nice man they look as though they are ready to produce buds, How many days from seed is it?

They are 25 days from seed.
