Not sure if this is a good or bad thing ha

hey fellow growers. Quick question without much background info...I have a few leaves that are twisted a little like that but otherwise in very good shape. I read somewhere that if it’s a healthy looking plant, then that is a good sign...it means the plant is growing faster than what was supposed genetic capability (which I think means growing faster and more robust than the mother’s capability, maybe). Which seems unlikely being an average soil grow. I just read that a few days ago and have never heard of it before, so if that’s not even a real thing, then it would be some deficiency or buildup. It seems to resemble a sodium toxicity maybe. I’m not to worried about it...it’s otherwise fairly healthy. If you’re going to reply with something nasty like I watch my plants to closely or something, then just don’t reply. I’m just curious for several reason. One, being that this is the most robust/fastest growing plants I’ve had in a soil pot. Thanks. Happy Sunday. Oh, and it’s not nute burn or ph issue because I’ve even kept the ppms fairly low and steady 6.5 ph (I’m also growing GMO in coco, so I test the water even though it’s in soil.

I’m talking about the fan leaf more towards the center of the pic, not the fan leaf towards the top,..that leaf does make it look like nutrient burn. If it is, then it’s the soil...and that’s weird bc I’ve never had that happen in roots organic when I’m still in the first few weeks of not using nutes

Are the leaves actually that dark green, or is that just an effect of light in the pic? You should put it in a large pot, one that will be enough for the entire grow, because once the branches get into the screen you won't be able to make that change easily.

Eh, I take that edit back lol. Sorry. I just took a closer look, and that leaf too is similar looking. The individual petals (I’m have a brain fart ha) look like they are flopping over each other as if the individual leaves ARE trying to grow larger than what was intended. Again,..just curious if that thing I read was true or not

Ha it’s an effect of the light and my camera. I just noticed that too. That I should it’s final pot. I always end up in five gallons. It was potted up to it’s final pot a few days ago

As to your point about the screen. It’s only in there right now bc I just made it and want to set it up in there today and see how it fit. Sorry my photography is not up to par bud ...‘‘twas the best pic I could get. Thanks anyway for trying

Like I point out, I’m more or less just trying to see if what I read can really happen and if it can, is that what I say happening....the whole idea of a plant growing faster than it’s suppose to. Not worried about the health .....yet

sorry I was a little confused there. I thought you were wondering if you had a problem. The plant looks good. I don't think fast growth in soil is bad, not as long as the plant looks good.

I think we definitely lost each other hah, no worries. Thanks for the quick replies though. I think it’s fine. If it gets weirder lookin I might be worried then, but yea I think she’s a healthy one
