Not sure if this was already posted!!

I saw that...not sure what legalization has to do with the budget, so I didn't expect any announcements. Once they actually make it legal and develop a taxation system, it may be a budget item, but not now.

JT said months ago they would not be banking any revenue from MJ legalization in this budget.
